Your privacy when communicating with me via email is guaranteed.
I will not share your information with any third parties, other panty sites, or anyone else for that matter!

However, please be aware if you comment on my site and leave your personal details and information
then as this site appears on google it is in the public domain.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of this business I cannot offer refunds in 99% of cases.
I am always happy to discuss resolutions, and come up with a happy conclusion for us both.

• I will not refund you if you do not like my scent,
  but will happily change preparations next time to find what you do like.
• Unless you are willing to pay for tracked delivery packages lost in the
  post will not be refunded, I will however re-do it once out of good faith.
• I will not refund you if you believe you did not receive what you expected,
  unless I believe you do not either. We can resolve with The Panty Trust should it come to it.
